They have no idea what they're doing. They've paid me a fraction of my monthly salary once in the three months I've been furloughed with no payslip or explanation of how this was calculated; they've frequently failed to respond to emails; they've constantly gone back on their word and make excuses every time there's a delay; they require contractors to confirm every week whether we are still furloughed, but change the submission deadline every week at short notice, presumably to delay paying people. I look forward to leaving.

Initially wouldnt have been eligible for the JRS due to starting new contract at the start of March but when this was extended further I assumed I would be and was obviously relieved. Trafalgar send occasional generic updates but are not responding to specific queries. Early updates suggested delays were due to campaigning hard on our behalves to get a fairer percentage of the full pay. This was then confirmed by HMRC. Latest updates suggest they are getting in contact with everyone and collating the info. Have sent everything to their relevant email address twice over but nothing back. Seems I might not be eligible due to an arbitrary cut off for pay before 19.03 but had no confirmation or explanation of this either way so just stuck in limbo. Appreciate the ongoing situation but got to be better at contacting employees. Now randomly just been sent P60. Would not recommend going forwards, hopefully IR35 will just be scrapped or extended further so can go back to Limited Company and sort my own affairs out.

Been told eligible for JRS but still waiting to fill in a form and send back to them so we can receive a payment. Umbrella Companies have taken far too long with this whole process

Just had an email to confirm they are paying 80% of taxable pay, obviously capped at £2500.

Unfortunately, there has still been no movement on the issue of whether discretionary bonuses should form part of furlough payments. So, our position, at least until we receive the required clarification, is to use the National Minimum Wage as the basis for our furlough payments. We’re extremely keen to get clarity on this as quickly as possible and, so we’re clear, when we receive the necessary guidance we will look again at payments. As the official information regarding pay remains insufficient, we’re seeking to have our own interpretation of the rules confirmed. We’re checking and verifying the evidence that’s been provided and hope to be in a position to start making payments very soon. The full text of the government’s guidance can be read, here.
