Confused.

I can not make heads or tails of my wage slips, £500 a year for them to pay me and none of it makes sense!!

Despite the lack of clear guidance from the government and associated bodies. I contacted my umbrella company regarding Furlough. They paid fairly and received furlough via Payments Pro my umbrella company. It gives me confidence that they’ll do what’s contractually and morally right. It just feels good when a company is helpful and does what’s right for their clients, like myself, in these unprecedented times because of that I know the support will be there in future. Thanks :-)

I’ve been pleased with how I was paid promptly through the JRS with Payments Pro and how well they communicated and answered my queries during a difficult time. I was not sure about using an umbrella company before but felt I was taken care of during this crisis and would recommend them to other contractors too. Thank you.

Although payments pro have been good to me during the COVID season and they do pay on time; sometimes early. However they can be a bit difficult at times to receive a response from. Although if you do call they will answer politely. I didn't give a 10 because I think that some of the issues that arise could have been avoided if someone was paying a little more attention. As it seemed quite obvious at the time.

Payments pro have been an absolute blessing during these trying times!! Always there to answer any questions and also making sure I’m paid every week I can’t commend them enough
