Orca Pay Group

Unhelpful, slow service, issues not resolved after months, and shoddy customer service.

I used Orca as an umbrella pay company for around 6 months. At every stage of the process from sign up to first payment and then through to leaving Orca have been first rate. Great communication, clear payslips and quick payment. Would highly recommend for any contractor needing an umbrella company for off payroll work.

I just want to say thank you so much to all of the staff at Orca for furloughing their staff and doing the right thing. In such difficult times, it is so great to know that Orca is supporting me and making me feel valued and appreciated. I can only imagine the amount of work and effort that has been put into this to ensure we have been all looked after in the best way possible. I received another phone call yesterday from Orca confirming that I will be fully supported at the same furlough amounts right through until October which is just wonderful as at the moment it looks like I may not be able to return to work for some time so this news brings stability for the next few months. Ever since I was furloughed on March 27th due to the coronavirus, Orca Pay Group have ensured I have received weekly wages. Hope this helps.

Don’t know much about all of this, but they have been paying my salary at 80% since 27th March which is the first payment I got and I have been paid regularly since. They set everything up for me, I just had to sign and return a contract with some changes in it and except being furloughed and that was that!
