Liquid Friday

Where to start… These guys operate as if it’s a kids club rather than a business. No matter of urgency whatsoever. They don’t give a stuff about getting you paid on time & if there are any issues they show ZERO accountability. In my opinion, they’re all completely useless. If you want to get paid, on time & the full amount you’re owed….AVOID!!!!!

Payroll always on time, no issues

I have worked with Liquid Friday for just over 5 years. I can honestly say that (despite the recent social media posts trying to tarnish Liquid Friday with baseless allegations) I would 100% recommend them to friends and colleagues in the contracting world. Every deduction was explained to me in the onboarding process and backed up on a pay illustration, I also noted that each deduction is also outlined in my contract. I always receive my payslip and payment on time and I have always found the Liquid Friday team very helpful when I have needed to contact them.

Amazing company to work for... I love it that much, I have been here for over 5 years. Liquid Friday will always go above and beyond with contractors to make sure we pay them on time. Work life balance is key for me and I am able to work part time, school hours which is amazing, very lucky to be a part of the onboarding team. I have meet some great friends whilst working here too. I would definitely rate LF a FIVE STAR company to work for.

Working for Liquid Friday just over 9 years now and I honestly can't ask for a better working environment. Also, it always amazes me that a fast-growing company still insists going above and beyond for both their clients, contractors and maintaining top-tier customer service. Not only does working for LF is like spending Monday to Friday with all your pals, but it also feels good working for a company that has their contractor's interest at heart. This is why I have stuck with LF for so many years :)

i have been a customer of liquid friday for a few months but recently i had a 3rd party audit on my wages and there are hidden charges within the employment costs so i will be taking my business elsewhere as they are not responding to my last 2 emails regarding the service offered,and are charging me more than what was originally agreed.

The payroll team at Liquid Friday are second to none, they are knowledgeable proactive and reactive when needed. They pay everyone on time, and Kyle Needs deserves a special mention as he is the one that sorts out most of our issues. They are a pleasure to work with.

I’m 3 weeks behind payment, they don’t take seriously the problems caused by their lack of transparency and ownership. It was great before Covid now, avoid avoid avoid!!!

I’ve been working with Liquid Friday for quite some years, I’ve never had a complaint…. Until recently. I don’t know what happened but there’s a clear shift in the quality of the service. The team dealing with freelancers is unresponsive, not bothered by any problems that are caused by their lack or ownership and all in all, they feel very unprofessional. They did not communicate the correct amount to be paid to my employer and they’re now arguing back and forth for over 3 weeks. My tax code was changed without them knowing so they ended up making a mistake on my last pay check. I use to recommend LF to all of my friends but I won’t anymore and I’m not in process to switching umbrella company. Such a shame as I loved working with Nick Rowe (now in another team) but since he left, the quality of the delivery have been abysmal.

This is without the worst most pathetic payroll company by far Almost 4 weeks to pay you .do not go with this useless pay roll firm

After initially being told that I was eligible for the furlough scheme, when it came to being paid, they refused saying that I had applied too late. No concern from company that I had no income and no communication from them. I was the one that had to contact them every time even though they said they would contact me. Find another umbrella if you have to use one at all!
