Post your reviewFurloughed at 80% of average pay from day 1, no fees, great communication, constant updates. Have used ISS for nearly 2 years now without any issues and have recommended them to many friends and colleagues. Credit where credit's due.........as it were!
I should hopefully be receiving a second furlough payment soon through ISS. Quite happy with the service and communication. They don't charge fees for furlough.
Really unethical methods. They charge admin and also claim ‘employers national insurance’ off our pay so we end up paying far their employer expenses as an employee!
Very poor communication to start with until they agreed furlough at close to week 9. It’s been calculated at average earnings and since one payment not heard from them since. Have no idea how the new guidance affects us.
