Tried to sign up with them after being flipped from Outside 35 to Umbrella by end client. Very unprofessional advice on the phone before joining, and subsequent pay illustrations did not reflect what we had discussed. More than one staff member rushed conversations stating they were very busy, and didn't follow through promised actions in a timely fashion - so after 48 hours of trying to get the information I needed in the end I decided to use an alternative Umbrella........

This company have been absolutely terrible in handling this issue. Despite the fact I am eligible they refuse to look at the issue. I would strongly advise against working with them. They have not been proactive and have not provided sufficient communication or support. Their rationale is that the intermediary company must confirm that any contracts that were ceased were specifically due to COVID-19. Where the company won’t say this, but the contract ended on the first day of lockdown and was due to continue for two more months, they still refuse to engage. I have not been treated fairly or had anyone from the company look at my individual case.

Refusing to pay furlough - even though I am entitled. Always had to chase them for an update - hardly followed up with my queries.
