Hmrc was sending new tax codes to them and they ignored it. I had a £4070.00 tax bill because of these. I am complaining to governing bodies. Please avoid them. They will get you into a mess.

All I can say is thankyou. Flex have been amazing from the word go. I was so worried and concerned but they put me at ease immediately, explaining what I was entitled too. Thankyou so much for your help and support through these uncertain and extremely difficult times.

Soon after the Government made their announcement about the furlough scheme I was contacted by Flexr/Fair Pay Services to see if I wanted apply.  The application was quick and easy with Flexr keeping me informed regularly.  I have been paid 80% of my wage weekly from the start long before other companies began paying their employees.  Good service, they really have looked after me.

I was contacted early on and told to register my details if I thought I should be furloughed. I did this as my booking was ended and have had 80% of my full income since. Really can’t fault them!
