EZY has been contacted numerous times to furlough, but they have refused and have shown no sympathy. Won't even entertain the thought. They've not contacted me to explain etc, at no point at all. I've been facing rent arrears because of the lack of help from EZy. So unfair , when you've worked with this company for years. For this reason , I wouldn't recommend...

Didn't message the supply staff. When chased for any info , they refused even though we are entitled to it. Very rude in emails and didnt care. Extremely slow to reply and ignored parts of my messages. Said they don't have to facilities or cash flow to do furlough. Refused to give the teaching agency the details to process furlough instead. That was my income. I lost everything.i feel angry and helpless

Contacted EZy a few times to see if they would come to their senses and support their supply staff via furlough , but there's been no change. They just don't care... They won't even look into it ... Smh..

EZy has point blank refused to pay it's supply staff any furloughs. I have worked for years and had been paid via this umbrella company. This has left me in a crisis during this pandemic as not everyone can get U.C. It's so uncaring.... I feel so angry, let down and disappointed by their actions.

Point blank refusal to pay any furlough payments- although I qualify and have worked for the last 6 months solid, my agency and I have tried everything. Now my agency assignment has finished, my income should be 80% but it’s a battle to get Universal Credit. There has been no reason for not paying CJRS other than a solid no from Ezy. No body there will talk about it - the treat me I’ve received is upsetting. I thought the scheme was there to help people like me.
