EPayMe have always been a reliable partner when it comes to my payslip processing. Their customer service and admin team always answer very quickly and have gone above and beyond to help me solve particular details concerning my payment, where I would like to express a lot of appreciation for Amber, who in a matter of an hour after my initial email, swiftly solved a problem I was personally having with DWP, that involved speaking with DWP directly and making alterations to my payslip. I am beyond impressed with the result.

After being told by place of work i am no longer able to operate through my limited company i was recommended epayme by a friend. I made contact and the person i spoke with my really helpful and ensured i fully understood how payments would now be paid to me. The process was straight forward and simple and all my stresses eased at the support provided by the customer service as i dont like paperwork. Highly recommended.

I’m impressed with the communication throughout. Kudos to all the umbrella providers and agencies furloughing us with all the additional cost and work, at least I can say I appreciate it. Last payment today but I don’t normally earn during the summer so it’s a real bonus. Thank you

They will not confirm if they will extended my furlough and expect me to wait 15 working days for a reply, and i will be without any furlough for a whole month before they decide to deal with my query....really poor service.

I have just been informed i will be remaining on the furlough scheme with ePayMe until September. I am so happy!!! ePayMe have been so quick at responding to my emails and keeping me up to date throughout the pandemic with my furlough status.

Just been told by epayme that they are supporting me through August where most other providers seem to be stalling. I can not recommend them enough. The communication and support they have provided throughout the entire lock down has been second to none.

Epayme is a company whose services has always been efficient. The staff are courteous and always respond to my queries, I ask on a regular basis. I am on the Furlough scheme. Epayme, supplied all the necessary forms for me to complete for the scheme. I am grateful to have Epayme as my payroll provider.

Epayeme are a fantastic company to deal with. My pay slips are always right and everything is laid out so well so you can see what payments you have received. Since the furlough scheme was introduced the Epayeme team has worked very hard to make sure I get those regular payments I am entitled to from the Government. I cant thank them enough for the help I have received from this company.

had a problem with being extended on the furlough system, to which I emailed Epayme admin who referred me to the website which could not resolve my problem. I was contacted by Amber from customer services who was excellent. My query started at 9.30 am and was resolved before 3.30 pm. Talking directly to an Epayme personnel was very productive, polite and professional.

Didn’t really understand how it was worked out. Had a call from ePayMe who talked me through the calculations so I could budget what to expect which was so helpful especially during these uncertain times

I have been with ePayMe since March 2019, the process was smooth to register and i have never had a late payment or not recieved a payslip or text. Working as a social worker and having very little spare time to myself, i couldnt be happier with the service from ePayMe as i have never had to contact them with any issues, only to enquire about my tax code which i had a detailed reply within an hour! fab service.

i have been with ePayMe since 2018 and never had an issue with them. I can always get straight through without having to hold which is useful when on a short break with limited time to talk if i have questions. I recommend ePayMe to anyone looking for a payroll company. They send regular updates to keep me updated on any changes - thanks ePayMe :)

Epayme have been good. I have received furlough payments and at first was concerned that they were not calculated correctly. They then advised me it was based on the average which was my earnings but divided by periods worked and not worked and I was only calculating it on the periods worked. So I am happy that it is all right. They have been helpful and have answered all my queries.

I honestly can not fault this company. They have been exceptional throughout the entire process. Constant communications, accurate calculations and payments (80% of my taxable pay may I add) received exactly when I was promised. Those who didn't receive a payment through them, clearly didn't qualify, so I see no reason or purpose to speak badly of them, after all, the government set the rules, speak to them, don't bite the hand that 'literally' feeds you or shoot the messenger. Hard times and well managed EpayMe you will be seeing me back on your payroll the minute I get offered an assignment. Take care and stay safe, Bernard

Have mentioned to many that I am fortunate to have had direct contact of empathy and support from my umbrella since early on with Furlough status and regular communications. I know that many of my colleagues have not been so lucky with their providers. Genuinely, my heart goes out to the ePayMe team, trying to sort out such complicated and individual calculations . Payment received and happy with the process it has been stress free and ePayMe have really gone above the call of duty to support me.

My Payroll company ePayMe have kept me updated with all that they know and i am especially grateful for the lady i spoke to who assisted me with submitting my application, despite me completing it late. They have responded to all of my emails in a timely manor and have gone above and beyond to help myself and my daughter who is also paid through them. Well done in these hard times off uncertainty.
