This company is a scam. Especially Haroon Fezer, and Gabriella. They keep telling me my money will be paid but I never received a penny from them. Cromwell healthcare recommends them as the umbrella they use. I believe they work hand in hand. They are the most useless people I have ever came across

This umbrella company is a scam that ls be careful especially when dealing with Haroon Fezer he is one of their staff who used people for fraudulent activities. Don’t trust him and make sure you don’t take his words serious. This idiot convinced me that I will be paid as I have decamped from my former umbrella thinking I was dealing with a human being. I have been kicked out of my flat and haven’t been able to afford my bills because I trusted him to pay my wages in due time. This isn’t the best umbrella company to trust let’s all be careful.

I have experienced my deepest disappointment with this umbrella company which I feel is fraudulent. I was convinced my a colleague to contact one Mr Haroon Fezer who took all my details and convinced me that I will be getting paid through this umbrella company as i decamped from my former umbrella. I have not received a penny from this umbrella company up till today and I have been kicked out of my apartment. Hardly on Fezer is an idiot and is very unreliable, he called me ensuring me that I will be paid on Friday by 18:30 and till now hasn’t paid me, responded to my calls or email. I have been depressed and having sleepless night afterwards. This umbrella company is fraud pls be careful. Haroon managed to convince me to leave my former umbrella who paid me in due time. Don’t allow him fool you and keep you depressed.

This is the worse company I have ever dealt with, they constantly fob you off telling you one thing , then doing another, they say they send you stuff and do not, it’s all a ruse so they don’t have to pay you , a very untrustworthy company , they are lazy and disrespectful.

Avoid this company at all costs. I spent almost 2 years chasing them for over £10,000 of invoices which had been submitted to them but not paid to myself. Initially they refused to believe there were any outstanding invoices and it was only after resubmitting my bank statements numerous times and emails over more than 6 months did they even acknowledge that there were outstanding invoices. However, they did not know if the invoices had been submitted to the companies I had worked for and whether or not they had received the funds, so refused to pay me. Only after threatening to take them to court did I finally receive my money. To top things off, I then had to chase them for pension contributions for these invoices that I had not received, and my P45 did not arrive as promised which I also had to follow up. Awful customer service (some emails going unanswered for over 6 weeks despite me chasing them up). Having seen other reviews, it would seem my experience is not unique. Would definitely not recommend this company.
