All compass workers are npc’s

So bad, they can’t pay on time, none of the workers are helpful at all they just say the payments being processed but nothing has come from it at all, don’t send payslips unless you ask them about 5 times which is just stupid, probably all npcs with no lives doing nothing but eating maccies everyday because there overweight, none of them will be successful in there lives there locked in the matrix, pathetic, from top G

Absolutely rubbish

Rude and un-helpful. They are clueless about employment law, their standard contract has several un-lawful points in it (they also try to sneak in opting out of the Conduct Regulations), and when I asked to have a clause removed that entitled them to take random money from my pay as they please, I was just met with rudeness. In fact, semi-rudeness was a problem from the beginning. I ended up going somewhere else, definitely not recommended.

Haven't paid me

Company I'm working confirmed they have paid, but they haven't paid me, I've told the company I'm not going in tomorrow they said they will hire me through another company and reporting them to ACAS

Not impressed

These guys have had my timesheets for two weeks now and NO payment. No communication, in fact when I called to enquire, I was tasked about whether I had called them to follow up the non-payment. I have confirmed from the companies I worked for that they have paid Compass.......now I am still waiting. Its way after midnight on Friday AND THERE IS NO MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT.

Seamless Transition to umbrella

I was working through my Ltd company for years until my latest contract extension put my inside IR35 without any prior warning. I had very little time to find a provider and do my research but after a call with Compass I felt at ease with what was needed and they walked me through the changes I would see moving from Ltd to umbrella. We discussed all the differences and what it meant for me and ultimately my take home pay. They where able to get me setup and running within 48hrs in time for me to accept my extension and continue like nothing had happened. Great advice from them on all aspects of working through an umbrella, the workplace pension and other associated benefits Compass offer when you are with them. All in all a simple easy to understand process with great support from knowledgeable people.

Excellent Service!!

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to your team, they have all been a pleasure to deal with, no request too big or small. A particular thanks to Joe, who sent polite, friendly and professional emails to me throughout my time with you and was extremely helpful when my tax code was incorrect. As my employment has come to an end, I will no longer be using your services but will of course use you in the future if I need an umbrella company and will definitely recommend! I would like thank you for the speed and efficiency of your service at Compass Umbrella. You guys were very helpful and patient and I can unequivocally say that you made contracting a straightforward proposition and diffused most of my concerns. I greatly appreciate how well and efficiently you processed the payroll for me. Your rewards packages were great and i benefited a lot from them. Top Class ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been with Compass for over 3 years now. I remember at the start I was reluctant to join but that was very short lived. They are very competitive in pricing and the transition was seamless and such a blissful experience. I had many various requests over the years which were all answered promptly. Whenever I had a quick question I am always able to get a professional at the end of the line to guide me. There were other companies out there that advised that they could get me more of a payment by playing with the figures to give you less taxes to pay, but ultimately I understood that I would be liable pay this back and potentially fines. These companies were very pushy to get my business saying why do you not want more money? but to this day I am happy I selected Compass. All in all I have never had an issue with anyone at Compass but should there become a day I’m confident that it will be addressed promptly and in the correct manner. My advise to all who read this, you don’t believe me give it a try, I know I did and I couldn’t be happier.

People follow good people

My account manager was excellent, There were teething problems around listening to actually what I was asking for regarding fast enrolment to my people's pension account This could be improved upon. When I needed information or help my contact was fast acting and responded accordingly. We had an exit chat and that was also useful. For this I am grateful.
