Avoid this agency like the plague.

Oh okay sorry who haven’t we paid? I’d love to know as already stated those who are paid direct via Aspire People PAYE have all been paid unless they started after 19 March we can only pay Aspire People PAYE candidates which is the only people we can pay as we can only claim with our PAYE reference number for our own company. So how are we exactly are we supposed to pay other people not paid via Aspire People PAYE.

You’re not providing the correct information. Aspire People Ltd’s payroll haven’t paid everyone. Those are the facts.

I was never hiding the fact i was. I do work for Aspire People and sharing factual information. I'm not being told to do this by Aspire People I care about my job and the company I work for. I'm not really worried about my grammar or spelling but thanks as long as i provide the correct information. well how is it i cant accept facts when there is no facts below if anyone does actually need any help feel free to contact :)

Well there we are. This person is working for Aspire People Ltd and can’t accept facts. My advice to Aspire People Ltd would be, if they are using you write on this platform that your English and grammar should at least be to a good standard.

Yes I do and I’m clearly just stating the facts Aspire People PAYE furlough every worker and has had payment every month back dated to the last working day. So the below is false information. I’m not criticising at all I’m just stating the factual information as I know the HMRC guidance and all Aspire People PAYE candidates have been paid. Just like I have the right to share my views. So seeing negative comments that are not correct about Aspire People PAYE is very frustrating as mentioned if people paid via umbrella company or other PAYE companies we can’t control what they are doing we simply have to advise as they are the one making the claim to the HMRC an if they choose not to take are advise there is very little we can do. This will be my last message. As I am proud of job and worked hard to make sure people have been paid. Which a lot of Aspire People PAYE candidates will agree too an every query dealt with. How do you know it’s false information? It’s obvious you work for the agency and can’t take constructive criticism. Everyone has a right to share their own individual experience and they have. You need to stop dictating to people what they can/can’t do.

Probably because sharing false information about a company when people have worked hard to help people is really disheartening.

It seems like Aspire People’s team are on here checking what people are writing and getting worked up about it. This platform is for everyone to share their own experience and they are fully within their rights to do so. You can’t claim what another individual has/hasn’t done. I’m confused as to why there’s so much negativity towards those who are just sharing their experiences.

I have been given payslips and not been paid. This is through Aspire People’s own payroll.

Lack of support?? Because Aspire People can control other companies. It’s like telling Tesco how to pay there staff Payslips but no pay clearly not paid via Aspire People PAYE... when everyone else has received their pay. Otherwise you would of contacted them Why don’t you contact the company where they will clearly explain. Comments about a company when you clearly don’t understand the HMRC furlough scheme is shocking.

Some people clearly don’t understand that Aspire People can’t claim for other companies they never see the money.. aspire people can only claim for Aspire People PAYE only the companies that pay you directly can claim which is written all over HMRC an it down to the company that pay you decision on what they do.. Aspire People has done everything it can to advise correctly as many Aspire People PAYE candidates will agree backdated to 1st March an furlough every worker all paid an still paying and advised other companies to do the same!! Someone clearly needs to fact check before people just right false information and clearly don’t know the HMRC guidances or the furlough process.

Aspire will tell you they can’t determine what the outsourced payroll co do, but that’s absolute rubbish!! Aspire are the ones making the decision to keep people’s money for themselves. The payroll co have specifically told me the agency are the ones telling them what to do.

I received my furlough payments with no issues. I had regular conversations with the Payroll Manager at Aspire during the time the guidance was continually getting revised and he was really helpful and reassuring. I actually would recommend their approach throughout.

Aspire People PAYE have furlough workers perfectly fine constant monthly costs payments.. Other umbrella companies are beyond there control as it a separate company they have advised everyone to furlough all eligible candidates and done everything possible to get them to change there mind..

Aspire have a very cunning Director who works closely alongside the umbrella company to ensure furloughed workers don’t get their wages even after HMRC have released the grant.
