Feel so let down Advance were recommended to me by Rullion and they dont give a toss. I have called Advance well over 20 times, they say waiting for information from agencies about your situation, called again yesterday talk to a person will not name him yet this was at 1600 hours, he says let me get in touch with the benfits team and i will call you back in 30 mins, answer still waiting for the call. Feeling down at the moment it makes you feel that you are trying to make a fraudulent claim. Been on PAYE since December 2019.
