Individually assessed due to nature of the project. This is my 3rd contract with the company and really pleased they've assessed contractors fairly. Talent Locker have been brilliant in their coordination with the end-clients SDS assessment and supportive throughout.

As a consequence of IR35 they are now actively hiring in Europe only (outside the jurisdiction of IR35). What a own goal by the government, domestic roles removed from the market and zero tax capture on developers outside of HMRCs grasp.

The agency has an sow with Paysafe, and is small enough to allow psc's.

Outright ban on contractors and consultants from April. Already acknowledged the business will have to do a U-turn as their entire business depends on contractors and consultants with no plan to replace the now banned flexible workforce. Short term effort to save money. No IR35 assessments carried out just a decree from the head of HR.

They've decided to take the cut-throat approach of culling all contract resource altogether. The company is now wedded to working with large-scale suppliers who are generally filling the vacuum left by this short-termist stance that HMRC have taken with this IR35 joke.

Prior to last year before IR35 got deferred there was a blanket inside assessment which contradicted the cest tool results

The AA had been looking to provide a fair assessment with new work package style contracts. Given the change in circumstances these changes have been deferred and all contracts extended for 6mths on the current terms to buy time and let the situation settle.

Will NOT carry out fair individual IR35 assessment - too much effort.

Can't be bothered to look at individual contractors' contracts, even when clearly outside IR35.

Seems likely all contractors will be considered to be within IR35 without individual assessment.

Blanket approach

HoneServe have refused PSC although they have very high turnover of short term Contractors - they increase Contractors only when their complaint levels increase.

Not a complete yet but set up a project team to coordinate and appear to want a fair assessment.
