Experis are the MSP - all PSCs must operate via them
"Individual" CEST assessments, unfortunately using generic answers over the key areas. Completely ignored MOO, but have paid it lipservice by acknowledging CEST ignores this area so are siding with CEST.
They have stated that in practice they would not accept substitutes, contradictory to contract wording. They have used generic answers regarding Control, stating they control how the work is done, what the working hours are, and the locations where the work is done. These 3 statements are simply not true.
Very disappointed there have been no individual communications throughout the process. It would appear the risk averse approach has been taken. Individually assessed "enough" as to avoid criticism of blanket assessing, but by no means assessing each individuals exact working practices.
I would expect many contractors to be terminating contracts over this
