Unfair IR35 assessment
Division: Project delivery
No 1-2-1’s, no SDS just told your inside with no means to discuss or appeal and given notice, others in the same role but on higher profile projects deemed outside and having new contracts written to protect the projects. No idea if the did use a tool as no one was walked through the process. Yodel is losing millions and is up for sale, IR35 seems to be a vehicle to reduce headcount and spent. Also, zero contact from Rullion throughout the whole process.
