Just been offered a 3 month contract at TSB. Apparently has to be inside IR35. Anyone managed to get an exception? I'd have thought as it's a one off 3 month contract it should be outside and a psc allowed?

TSB are by outsourcing to INFOSYS, COGNIZANT who are currently bringing in contractors from India. Slowed up a bit though due to the Corona Virus blocking flights

No options to work beyond 31st March. TSB are getting round it by outsourcing to INFOSYS who are currently bringing in contractors from India

No one has informed me of how the determination was conducted. Just a notification of no further engagement of psc. They are however paying the emp NI and Apprentice levy .

Sad to see TSB taking a blanket route like other major banks.

No PSC's. No assessment. No CEST check. Only option to go PAYE or take a fixed term contract with the rate set against an equivalent permie role! Note that going PAYE leaves you on the same rate but with no holiday pay, pension contributions, sick pay, etc
