Shocking misinformation internally with opinion based decisions depending on the manager. One won't even consider using the assessment or changing working practices to allow for an outside determination. Says he doesn't agree and all roles should be inside. Will only discuss fixed term contracts.
Leaving on amicable terms but I wont be coming back.

The procurement contractors are all going due to budget restraints. Heard that All roles are being individually assessed. That does not mean a guarantee of outside determinations.
Still an unfair feeling of the permietractors in other departments getting away with it given their obvious behaviours that reflect badly giving the rest of the contractors a bad name.

Been told will be moved to SOW Contract (therefore Outside) but still waiting for the contract & terms to actually arrive.

Contractors feel blind and contracts for some of us timed to finish end of march. No particular reason given. Lots of work still to do afterwards.
