IR35 fairly assessed
Division: IT (warehouse)
Outside IR35. Individually assessed through Qdos. SDS provided. Full working practices discussed and confirmed as would be expected for an outside determination. Feeling confident with Next. They seem to be doing things properly.

No change due to CV19
Division: IT
Working remotely. Rates are pretty low but it was always this way at Next. Pretty heavy in terms of critical projects, so haven't stopped recruitment or reduced permanent staff numbers.

IR35 fairly assessed

QDOS helped with individual assessments. Got my SDS and SOW as part of my contract docs. So, all good.

Outside IR35 by exception only
Division: HR Finance
Next are being pretty fair in my opinion. They have listened and are attempting to do this the right way. Let's see what Qdos say.
