LV are owned by Allianz - see comments for that organisation. Blanket ban on PSCs, have confirmed no deferral.

Assessment using CEST tool only. Appeal would also have been based on CEST tool. LV= stated that substitution would not be considered. Was offered Fixed Term Contract (PAYE), Contractor via third party or resign. I resigned. Most projects will not be affected since the majority of contractors affected in my area are taking the FTC option. A few contractors are leaving.

Desktop questionnaire completed, CEST result submitted however despite what they demonstrated this was just lip service. Steer from Allianz was everyone is deemed inside.
