Blanket ban. Been informed that every contract inside IR35 after instruction from MoJ management and HMRC. Actual working practices suggest otherwise. No SDS provided even after many requests.

Told roles for this area of MoJ are all inside, no exceptions. Rate uplift is its only saving grace. However, employers NI has been taken off my gross rate. AdRoc and CK are a pair of !#$%!

Although they claim to be individually assessing each contractor, almost all roles are being found Inside IR35. The only exceptions are those who were brought in on the old DOS framework or whose end client is actually an MOJ supplier, rather than the MOJ itself.

I've worked in this project for years. When the IR35 changes came into place a couple of years ago, the providers managed to get a outside ir35 status. Some of the agencies have an insurance with QDos to cover their back

As of April they will no longer have anyone outside, there are only a few who happened to get extensions outside of ir35 till April left.

New policies hostile to outside IR35 contracts throughout the MOJ. I would consider it blanket inside.
