We've all been blanketed inside ir35.
In addition, as the firm needs to pay for employers NI, our new contract rates will be our old rate, minus 13%.
Not only are we getting more tax and no benefits, but our actual rates are going down.
The agency pontoon are also dictating which umbrellas we can use.
We get one week to review our new contracts only, otherwise we will be out of a job.
