Unfair IR35 assessment
Division: Rail
Everyone is being ruled Inside IR35. You can then appeal with a QDOS assessment that you have to pay £79 for. Amey management then judge if you've answered the assessment correctly and ultimately rule you in or out of IR35

Unfair IR35 assessment
Unfair blanket assessments carried out resulting in people leaving and being fired. Terrible atmosphere now and a negative effect on the project.

No assessment accepted They have come up with 6 questions which are impossible to pass and therefore everyone is inside no matter what!! They’ve made redundancies and others are making alternative arrangements Mood is very low and productivity is being affected
