I've been with Parasol for years and never had a problem. However they way they have handled the 'Systems down' (assumed cyber attack) is disgraceful. Obviously never heard of a Disaster Recovery Plan. For 3 weeks now, they wont answer phones just web-chat - standard answer to everything is the systems are still down, it will be dealt with when they come back up. No indication of when that might happen. Seriously sort yourselves out Parasol...I'm sure some will be looking to take legal action soon!
