Totally lost confidence in Parasol. I feel for them having a cyber attack , but have now have lost total confidence in their management of the problems and more importantly the management of my money. I have not been paid since mid December even though I know my agency has paid Parasol Their phone line just has recorded message which says contact us via Web Chat!!! the Web chat is totally useless, and just incredibility frustrating, you have to wait hours before being connected, then the admin people are not able to help you or provide any advise on when you will receive your money, I get the same response "they are waiting for information" but they are unable to tell what this information is. Like others on here I am now instructing me agency not to pay any further invoices to Parasol. I also note other comments on here about joining forces and taking legal action I will be joining that group. Parasol should not be allowed to trade FSCA should now be stepping in and taking control.
