undisclosed charges

i have been a customer of liquid friday for a few months but recently i had a 3rd party audit on my wages and there are hidden charges within the employment costs so i will be taking my business elsewhere as they are not responding to my last 2 emails regarding the service offered,and are charging me more than what was originally agreed.
