IR35 fairly assessed
Assessed as outside IR35. Utilised IR35 Shield to conduct individual assessments. Communicated collaboratively at all levels of engagement from contractor to agency to end client. Excellent approach taken, with excellent communication throughout the whole process. Deferral of IR35 rollout by HMG happened midway through my assessment, but end client was more than happy to proceed with assesment. This has certainly helped remove any anxieties regarding IR35, especially when it comes back round again.

Io were supposedly being pro active with ir35 so my thoughts are that this is a company decision. Not a great company so no surprise.
