Outside IR35 banned
Division: Tech
We have been informed that PSC Inside IR35 engagements are banned (useful for those who prefer to keep the PSC running to pay pensions etc). We're being forced to use umbrellas so that IR35 simply won't apply.

Unfair IR35 assessment
KPMG have apparently being used to blanket assess without reviewing individual roles. Contractors have not been informed of this or consulted at all. I believe all contractors will have to run inside via umbrella companies but again no communication has been offered. The business seem ignorant of the impact that is being governed by the finance department. I intend to leave before April.
