QBE now reverting to renewal on existing basis for PSCs

QBE today communicated to ALL contractors QBE’s belief given the way we use contractors in the business, that moving people to PAYE or Umbrella terms to negate the risk of IR35 is the best approach. Rates will not be increasing across the QBE contractor population to address any shortfall in contractor take-home pay.

I disagree with the blanket ruling, as my agency in particular were careful to structure contracts in an outside IR35 manor.
