Unfair IR35 assessment

Third party used to do assessment. Judged inside in early March. It would not have been difficult to get an outside assessment but they said it was a role based assignment. Contract reassessed once the Gov delayed the legislation.. then suddenly it was reassessed as outside IR35. They and the agency care only about their own risks.
