Caveat Emptor

Unfair IR35 assessment
If you are considering contracting via Capgemini, I recommend that you think really carefully and do a lot of due diligence. They treat contractors very poorly indeed, their administrative systems and services are burdensome and poor and they work hard to avoid paying. Experis are a complete nightmare as they have no understanding of IR35 regulations and their contracts are just a pile of poo. They often body shop to other companies and therefore you are worth nothing to them…and boy do they let you know it

SDS Recieved - All contractors recieved same reasons with same spelling mistakes, even when 1 contractor works 1 day per week so doesn't have the same circumstances as others. SDS also mentioned that we recieved training and paid through ltd company, however I nor most others did that.
