Contractors who were engaged late 2019 / early 2020 seem to be on FTC basis as the approach taken was No PSCs. Due to difficulties with finding good quality services on that basis, contractors engaged from mid 2020 onwards seem to have been via a Consultancy model through Required Consulting, with individual, independent assessments done via QDos assessment tool. Seem to be some jitters now though over contracts due to finish around or after Apr21
