The cest tool was used, I did a self assessment based on my companys operation, and I was deemed outside based on how I conduct the role. An individual assessment wasn’t made it was a blanket approach based on the DAC role, it was based on the “role”. There are contractors leaving, Our appeal got rejected without explaining why our appeal was rejected. The atmosphere is stressful I am counting every hour getting close to leaving because I don’t know what other strategic plans scs railways have in place to cut our pay even more. I feel stressed and under pressure, everynignt im thinking about it especially now that I have had my second child and a mortgage to pay with these cuts I won’t be saving up for their future but rather working to live. Please help us get back to outside of IR35
