RLE

I expect by now they already know their decision but are working around the legal side of things. I have played with the CEST tool which ends with an ‘unable to determine’ result so no idea how that’s helps either me or the client. Toss of a coin perhaps? Atmosphere among the teams seams OK but I have been worried about this since last year and still nom the wiser, lost sleep over it stressed but ultimately it’s our side my control. Utterly powerless

Informed by RLE that determinations have yet to be done by Nissan and contractors will be informed W/C 24th FEB!!!! All communication from RLE comes with an attachment indicating their preferred umbrella companies, so probably a big hint there. Unbelievable timing from Nissan, end of Feb is far too late! Looking for alternative work.
