One of the better umbrellas. Submit timesheets on a Friday, get a text message on following Wednesday advising what will reach my bank account then two days later (Friday) it's credited along with emailed payslip. No problems and everything ran like clockwork unlike certain other umbrellas.

Was informed that despite being initially determined as Outside IR35, the contract would only be renewed on an Inside IR35 basis despite no change in working practices being suggested (I worked remotely on tasks I determined in order to meet the clients goals). I asked about individual assessment and was told that "similar roles" had been assessed. I mentioned that each role and contractor is supposed to be assessed individually, and asked to see the SDS, I was told that one would be provided. It never arrived and I my contract was allowed to expire without renewal. Other contractors in the team experienced the same, if they declined to accept the Inside determination (as far as I know, SDS's were never provided) they were told they would not be retained. As a result, the entire project technical staff have left, to be replaced by inexperienced staff from a third-party outsourcing firm.
