See below for QBE's stance on contractors, contractors are leaving as a result of this. Even R10 do not know whats going on. The IR35 regulation changes are intended to ensure contractors pay what HMRC deem to be a level of tax in line with the wider working population. Therefore rates will not be increasing across the QBE contractor population to address any shortfall in contractor take-home pay.

I’m a consultant & project I’m on is procuring services with clear deliverables. QBE’s move to Resource Solutions with lack of proper status determination assessment now means I fall inside IR35 so will have to leave in order to remain a true consultant

Contract was demonstrably outside IR35. Now terminated at end Feb and will be assessed as inside. Will be leaving before April to avoid risk of HMRC investigation which QBE and Resource Solutions have now exposed me to

QBE have made the blanket decision to move all to inside IR35 via Resource Solutions. My current consultancy projects / assignments fall outside of IR35 & have been helpful to me giving me sound advice

Blanket move to inside IR35 / PAYE or leave. Also moving current assignments to new managed agency.
