Quest implying ban on all LTD company’s . They will lose a lot of contractors. They aren’t concerned as they will replace contractors with lower paid people from India. They’ve already started this process. They tried to lower the contractors rate when it came to extending our contracts already.

Rolls have been outsourcing engineering work to QuEST, ASSYSTEM, Belcan, Frazer Nash, Abbot Risk Consultancy. Who employ a range of contractors, permies and Foreign (none EU) workers on temporary visas. Lots of the work is sent abroad to be done. See results for QuEST to see how they are assessing the work.
