Outside IR35 banned

No assessment provided. "Take it litre leave it" scenario. The NHS is petrified by HMRC enough to blanket apply ir35 to all. Highly unfair and against my right to determine how i earn my wage within the legal framework in the UK. How can i be in payroll, yet not have the same rights as a permanent worker? Being the sole earner in my family, i pay 45% tax with no tax relief that i could have got if my wife's tax was considered. Before a friend of mine left the UK to Australia, i was warned to get out as this country is sadly heading for a race to the bottom, where retaining doctors is concerned. 3 years on and whatever 'benefit of the doubt' i had had evaporated, now am fearing his statement was true.
