Decision confirmed today via ProSource IT that BP had decided to no longer engage PSC's and would only engage contractors if they are taxed on a PAYE basis. No information as to whether this was a final or interim measure.

Prosource have made a commercial decision and have forced all of their contractors inside IR35 to remove the risk of them becoming liable for any tax. Their determination assessment is a sham.
DO NOT USE PROSOURCE, find another agency who will treat you fairly and work with you to ensure that both your contract and actual ways of working are compliant with an outside IR35 position.
