Fails to deliver its core service - no contingencies
Similar to many other reviewers here I have been affected by the seemingly huge attack on Parasol's system. I appreciate that no company is totally immune to cyberattacks but when your sole business is to pay people via an online portal then at the very minimum I would have expected them to have ironclad contingency plans - when in fact they have none. On top of that I would have expected better software security to prevent things like this from even happening.
I haven't been paid and they can't tell me when I will be paid. Customer service is poor and they tell me they aren't able to provide any help at all. They are failing to deliver their sole service and so I will be leaving ASAP.
