Awful Customer Servive
Thankfully I am leaving Parasol this week. Even before the cyber attack the customer service was awful - they regularly take weeks to respond to basic queries. I've been trying to cancel my auto enrollment pension for 6 months now and after several complaints to Parasol they have still not resolved the issue and owe me about £350 in unauthorised deductions. The cyber attack response has been poorly managed and now almost a month later their systems still haven't fully recovered. The MyParasol portal is very basic and difficult to navigate. The payslips are confusing to read. I highly recommend you do not use Parasol.
