Unfair IR35 assessment

Blanket ban, flawed decision making, poor handling and even worse poor people skills. Assessors not IR35 specialists. No individual assessments. No working practices reviewed. Individuals ignored and not even asked to be part of the process. Employers CEST tool used. People will walk with their feet whether it be now or later. Very disappointing.
