I received my 'Inside IR35' determination on Feb 12th, which was based on my old role, not my new role started in October 2019. HR used the CEST tool, input several incorrect answers despite conversations to the contrary with my Line Manager. Still not heard the outcome of my appeal, but advised today my contract is to be terminated asap. Clearly, this is HR's way of ensuring they do not have to admit their determination of my status was deliberately incorrect. No knowledge transfer will take place if I place, resulting in projects being impacted.
