All contractors found inside apparently due to a single paragraph within the Logic contract between themselves and the Clients. No individual determinations done, effectively a blanket ban. All advice given to them by tax specialists BDO who use ex HMRC tax inspectors. Avoid like the plague (or the corona virus!)

Don't have the backbone to make any determinations themselves and forcing all decisions and responsibility onto the agency. Agency has to become the end user.
