Another week another "glitch in the banking system"

I've not been paid, yet again and I'm getting the same old script as last week. "There's a problem with the banking system and we don't have an estimate for when it will be fixed. The only difference this time is that the agents are starting to sound far less compassionate and far more robotic. No emotion or empathy, just the same script as before. My friend works as an senior for a bank and she's told me that they're definitely up to something dodgy. The problem is I daren't confront them because then they can decline my payment. If they don't stop doing this then I will make the agency aware of what they're trying to do and also file a complaint and take it an authority, in this case ombudsman.
