Utter incompetence from Networkers and lack of understanding of legal position to blanket banning PSCs for the end clients. No assessments performed on any contractor because they believe that be blanket banning PSCs will absolve them from accountability of paying employers NI. Many contractors demoralised and leaving.

Lots of contractors prepared to walk with what is seen as a total slap in the face, as they are automatically assessing all contractors as inside IR 35. Some contractors being offered FTE. But skilled workers expected to leave on mass. Seems to every little understanding of the true impact internally and assumption that contractors have no alternative.
