Recently cyber attacked! Dreadful, alleged they have given me a loan. (Umbrella emplyee) they say it was to cover my wages during the cyber attack, but the firm im contracted to paid them. So they took the payment from the firm and then took it off me. They dont reply to emails, hard to get hold of, dont honour appointments. Dont help, dont care but happy to steal your money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Im 4 figures out of pocket Also taking my business account off them to another accountant too. DO NOT TRUST.

Grossly mismanaged process. Assessment forms sent out only a couple of weeks before April 5th deadline. Company has introduced punitive contract terms under the guise of proving ir35 compliance. Company is forcing non-resident contractors to adopt new contracts when they do not apply.

Same programme as other Associates ehi have commented but in a different area if the Programme. Determination deemed as Outside IR35 which is great! Superbly informed throughout and also learnt what tweaks to make to how I operate as a service provider - all wrapped into a detailed SOW Really pleased with the outcome and working for people who truly understand what’s what!

Took a while to get there but carried out a fair assessment that was reviewed by the project director, a legal firm and our tax team. Was confirmed outside scope and happy with the outcome
