The client used E&Y tool to determine SDS. Answered questions on behalf of the contractor without consulting them, and answered them incorrectly! Appeals process available, but they have not offered any compensation towards losses / No consultation / no rate review / *(no effort!!). As a result, i am actively looking for another contract outside IR35 and will leave with minimum notice! At least 30% of contractors have already walked!

Qdos assessment completed and determination outside IR35. Impressed with the methodical assessment process. Project not impacted. Not impressed by Modis bizarrely requesting Contractors to take out IR35 TLC insurance as a condition of contract extension. Absolutely bonkers!!!

Every contractor at MBDA has being assessed and everyone happens to be inside IR35. We can submit appeals but they have 45 days to respond meaning reassessment won't be untill very late March...

Using CEST with some predefined standard answers across the company. Completed with discussions of each individual. Final decision still to be made.
