Ongoing meeting in two weeks about IR35. Seems to be the final decision between client angency and PSC's. Most of the PSC's are preparing themselves for the worst scenario if the company will decide to blanket all inside IR35 then most of the contractors are ready to leave. Atmosphere is horrible nobody's knows what is gonna happen. I'm personally feeling frustrated about it nobody would like to be blanket inside IR35.

Blanket assessment they breach a requirement of the legislation section 61T(6)(c), unfair approach no confidence in the assessment thety have not considered current contractual information at all. Whilst acquiring independent legal advice, they have not considered a full assessment on an individual basis. Therefore the assessment does not adhere to the reasonable care requirement.
