Outside IR35 banned
After the U-turn last year, you would have thought they would want to keep contractors as it has showed they are needed. No SDS or individual assessment with the contractors, just told that the roles are defined as with no discussion. Contractors already leaving and planning to leave, looking for roles that are assessing fairly.

Unfair IR35 assessment
Division: Change
CEST based blanket assessments putting contractors outside IR35. Appeals blanket rejected with standard responses (unless you're critical and state your planning to leave). Contractors looking to leave.
